What is the not-to-exceed cap?+
Every benny quote includes a range plus a maximum price — the not-to-exceed cap — which locks when your crew arrives. Customers know the worst case up front, and you're protected if the job differs from the video because the footage documents exactly what was quoted.
How is benny priced?+
Plans start at $149/month and include a monthly pool of completed video quote requests. You're only billed for requests where a customer actually completes a capture that lands in your review queue — abandoned links don't count. Annual billing gets two months free, and there's a free trial with no credit card required.
What counts as a billable quote request?+
A request is billable only when the customer completes the video intake and the draft lands in your review queue. Links you send that never get used, or captures abandoned partway, are not billed.
